I recently stayed at a hotel in a lovely village surrounded by trees and greenery, making it a peaceful and picturesque location. The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices for both the rooms and the delicious breakfast. The rooms, although in overall poor condition, were still comfortable and had the bonus of a balcony and three beds, perfect for families or larger groups. The staff provided excellent service and were friendly and efficient, ensuring a pleasant stay.

All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

The staff were excellent, the rooms were a good size too. Food selection was great as was the bar.

Below) - No refrigerator, No safe box & No mini bar available in the room. - Old Box TV without ca/dvd player - Broken hand-washer (room 604) - Not enough pillows at arrived night (we arrived at midnight) - Expensive breakfast (12.5 Euros) with mid quality - Far from hamburg with no direct train/buss transportation (in case)

This hotel is great value for money, with very reasonable prices for both the rooms and the breakfast. The staff are amazing and the service is top-notch. The location is perfect, nestled in a nice green area within the village, surrounded by lots of trees. The rooms themselves are basic, but they do come with a balcony, which is a nice touch. a pleasant stay.

All was fine and met our expectations.

It is conveniently placed for the town of Bad Bramstedt and for us because our family live there.But also in easy reach of many other interesting towns such as Lubeck and the Baltic coast

Good position near the city centre (10 minutes walk). Great panorama from our room at the 10th floor. Kind staff, clean room.

Nothing bad. Sometimes long waiting times for the 2 lifts. No problem, stairs were available!

A big room with an exellent view on countryside. The view was really excellent! We had 2 beds-a big one and a small for one person.

Ease of access to autobahn. Quiet location

Too expensive. Breakfast 12.5 Euros, bottle of wine in restaurant 22 Euros. Worst thing was trying to get to Reception around 9am - only 2 lifts for 12 floors and I guess over 200 rooms ? Very poor. Also very small dining area - nowhere near big enough for all the guests.The hotel itself is very old, I suspect 1970'S. Sound Insulation between rooms inadequate, especialy given the cost. Total cost of stay for 1 room, 2 people, 3 course evening meal and breakfast 143 euros. Bit much I thought. Won't be back.

On route south, one night stopover. Very nice. No complaints. Good food in the bistro bar. Nice people. Will go back.

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this hotel located in a green area with lots of trees. The indoor heated swimming pool and individual jacuzzis were probably the best hotel facilities we have ever seen. The available Pool Towels and friendly staff made our swim even more enjoyable. The selection of food at breakfast was excellent with tasty options like pain au chocolat and great coffee machines. Additionally, the hotel's location close to the airport in Hamburg was convenient for us.
